Description: 

The KC Whistler Stage 1 is a direct drop-in turbo replacement for 2015-2019 Ford F250 & F350 6.7 Powerstroke trucks. Engineered for performance and sound, it features a ported KC compressor cover, an upgraded billet 63mm compressor wheel, and a 10-blade high-flow turbine wheel, delivering that unmistakable 2003 turbo whistle. With improved boost control, lower EGTs, and lightning-fast spool-up, this turbo is the ultimate choice for daily driving and heavy towing—power, efficiency, and that signature whistle all in one!

The 2015 and 2016 year trucks will need to have the pedestal conversion kit to install this turbo.

EXHAUST BRAKES:  Using the exhaust brake can be hard on both the turbo and motor and is not recommended. While you will retain the OEM feature, given appropriate calibration and setup, there can be clearance issues which cause damage to the turbine wheel as well as the brake hindering performance. Exhaust brakes often use a gate which close to increase back pressure and aid in braking. This back pressure can also cause issues with the turbo.
