The KC Turbos Upgraded All-Aluminum Intercooler is designed to enhance the performance of 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost engines with its TIG-welded Bar and Plate core, offering superior boost cooling and increased durability.

Featuring cast aluminum end tanks, this intercooler provides a significant upgrade over the factory plastic tanks, delivering lower intake air temperatures (IATs) and a stronger, more reliable build. With an 85% larger Bar and Plate core, it maximizes airflow and heat dissipation while reducing stress on the turbochargers.

Designed for easy installation, this intercooler fits directly into the factory location and is compatible with both OEM and aftermarket boots and charge pipes. By eliminating airflow restrictions, the KC Upgraded Intercooler helps unlock the full potential of the EcoBoost engine.
