The KC Reaper 500 Twin Turbos for the 3.5 EcoBoost have undergone extensive research and development, resulting in significant performance and power enhancements. Using Ford Powerstroke Turbos as a foundation, they have been redesigned and improved with upgraded compressor and turbine wheels, as well as more efficient turbine housings and compressor covers.
With these upgrades, the 3.5 EcoBoost engine has the potential to outperform even the Coyote. However, horsepower levels are highly dependent on octane ratings. For maximum performance, a 91-93 octane fuel or an ethanol blend of E30 is strongly recommended. When using higher ethanol blends (E40-E80), upgrading the stock low and high-pressure fuel pumps may be necessary. Please contact your tuner with any questions.
