The high-pressure turbo spins up quickly, feeding air into the low-pressure turbo. The low-pressure turbo then re-compresses that air, producing even more boost and horsepower.

The KC Fusion compound turbo setup has been refined and perfected over several years, with continuous upgrades to ensure it's the best it can be. Now, it’s ready for performance enthusiasts to experience. This setup is designed for those who want to fully unleash the 6.4 Powerstroke's raw potential. For those looking for a major boost in performance, but still needing the flexibility for light towing, this turbo setup is the perfect choice.

EXHAUST BRAKES:  Using the exhaust brake can be hard on both the turbo and motor and is not recommended. While you will retain the OEM feature, given appropriate calibration and setup, there can be clearance issues which cause damage to the turbine wheel as well as the brake hindering performance. Exhaust brakes often use a gate which close to increase back pressure and aid in braking. This back pressure can also cause issues with the turbo.
