Cold Air Intake

S&B's cold air intake for the 2013-2018 Dodge Ram Cummins 6.7L was engineered to minimize air restriction and flows 54.60% better than stock. This kit comes with a fully enclosed airbox that protects the filter from dirt and keeps out engine heat.

In extreme heat, high loads, or high altitudes S&B’s swing gate pivots when your truck accelerates to full throttle, opening the ram-air duct mounted behind the grille which releases cooler and less restrictive air to your engine.

S&B's intake uses the same motor that drives Ram-Air to activate the swing gate, giving you all the benefits of the stock system, plus much more. Draws air from the wheelwell inlet under normal driving conditions or inclement weather conditions (ice, snow, rain) to protect against the elements.

The swing gate functions the same as the stock air box, only better. Unlike stock which uses only one inlet at a time, this kit gives you the option of massive dual inlet airflow. Simply remove the dam from the gate arm and re-attach when desired or to protect against harsh weather. Note: The game arm remains active even with the dam removed. This will prevent you from getting an Active Air Box code when both inlets are open.

Silicone is a premium rubber which will seal better and last longer. It handles as much as 400F without cracking or tearing. With a high friction surface and no oily residue, the silicone filters and couplers won’t slide off the tube.
